The mayor of Shkodra has reacted to the two powerful explosions that rocked the city.
Voltana Ademi said that these occurrences harm the reputation of the city and put the citizens’ lives at risk.
“These are two events that shocked the city, businesses, and security. We are a city of culture and art. Security is imperative for our citizens”, Ademi said.
Ademi announced to have allocated a new special fund to increase the number of city live webcams.
Just past midnight, two powerful explosions were heard in the city. One of the targets was Democrat Shkodra nominee, Xhelal Bushati.
