Russia is considering banning citizens of several ‘unfriendly states’ on its territory, reported Reuters.
Albania was among the blacklisted, along with EU member states, the US, and the UK.
Foreign minister Sergei Lavrov said that a presidential decree is being compiled for that aim, during a televised address to the nation.
He also added that there will be exceptions, as the decree will serve to outline various restrictions in order to enter Russian territory.

Russia expanded its list of ‘unfriendly states’ after Western countries sanctioned Moscow over its invasion of Ukraine.
Albania is among the countries to be sanctioned by Russia, as it decided to follow the same line as the United States and the European Union.
