The Expert Committee announced on Friday a decision to lift the ban on large gatherings, a measure enforced during the pandemic to prevent the spread of the virus.
Albania currently has less than 500 active infections, while hospitalizations have dropped to 13.
The committee added that the only measure that will remain in force is the 5-day quarantine when contracting the virus.
On Thursday, 69 citizens tested positive for COVID-19.
Albania has administered 2.7 million vaccines.
