Former environment minister Lefter Koka called on Friday from the High Court to return his seized properties.
A canteen of alcoholic beverages is among the properties seized by the Court.
A few days ago, the High Court turned down his appeal for a more lenient sentence.
Lefter Koka is alleged to have received €1.2 million in bribery for the construction of the Fier incinerator plant.
A similar scheme was followed with the Elbasan incinerator, where the former minister is suspected to have received some €3.7 million.
