“A year ago there were no flights from Tirana. The airport management at that time made it impossible to introduce our business model. With the change of the airport management class, we already have 21 destinations from Tirana. The change came with the new airport operator, as it became easier and our needs were seen. If we wanted to have low prices for customers, we had to have access to low-cost infrastructure at the airport,” said Varandi.
