87% of respondents supported the protests organized in Tirana against increased prices. A similar figure (82%) said they did not join the protest and did not intend to do that in the future.

Euronews Albania’s Barometer asked citizens about the price crisis, as well as the government and people’s reaction.

A predominant majority (70%) believes that the protests were organized by citizens.

That’s almost the same number as those who think that citizens are the ones who will gain the most out of these protests.

42% of citizens think that the government should resign if prices continue to soar, while 38% said the opposite.

Euronews Albania’s Barometer survey conducted by MRB and Data Centrum was conducted through 1,000 face-to-face interviews from 25 March to 5 April.
