The new justice must probe into former PM Sali Berisha and the murder of the four protesters in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, as well as Gerdec, all during his time in office.
These were the words used on Monday by Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja during a conference organized by the High Judicial Council titled “Justice in Challenging Times”.
Manja added that SPAK must also investigate the wealth acquired by Berisha’s son.
He emphasized that everyone must be equal in front of the law.
“I demand fair and equal justice for all, I speak on behalf of the Socialist Party, who has been open on prosecuting both high and low ranking officials”.
