The Refoundation Commission called on Tuesday to the High Justice Inspectorate (ILD) and the Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) to dismiss judge Blerina Muca.
The latter was going to review the appeal filed by the Enkelejd Alibeaj in withdrawing the legitimacy of the December 11 National Assembly convened by the Commission.
The verdict has not been given; however, it is highly anticipated as it can overturn the amendments made to the statute of the Democratic Party.
Also, the Refoundation Commission is demanding from the two institutions to be recognized as the only legitimate and official representatives of the Democratic Party.
