A security camera recorded the moment when a person wearing a mask is seen approaching the door of a bar in Shkodra to place an explosive.
The incident happened on Friday around 2:20 AM. No people were injured in the explosion.
Authorities said the owner of the bar is a 46-year-old police officer.
A nearby minibus was also set on fire and burned to the ground.
“An investigation team led by the Shkodra Prosecutor Office is working to shed light on this case”, a police statement read.
