3,800 cases that were sent for appeal at the High Court will not be reviewed, in addition to another 1,000 that are also being listed by this court.
The order was signed by Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja who said the move will alleviate some of the burden brought by the stock of more than 30,000 cases.
The stock existed when the High Court was working in its full capacity but increased due to the vetting process that reinstated 13 out of the 19 judges.
Manja said the administration and companies with state capital renounce cases that they have lost in both instances or compensation lawsuits.
