Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic declared that the Open Balkan is an initiative that “cannot be stopped”.
“This is our initiative, this is the initiative of Balkan people who realized that they can connect and solve problems on their own”, he said.

New working groups will be formed for the subsequent summit, Vucic said during his word, while proposing that the next meeting take place in Serbia.
“We will form working groups for the subsequent meeting, which I propose to hold in southern Serbia, to take care so that we can overcome food and energy supply problems… how we can help out each other”.
He also extended an invitation to the leaders of Kosovo, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina to join the regional initiative.
“Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Kosovo are welcome to join”, Vucic said.
According to the Serbian President, the countries of the Western Balkans do not have any bilateral disputes and Serbia has no other request other than regional cooperation.
