Tirana’s District Prosecution has started an investigation against the city’s Cadaster.
This body of law has announced that what prompted investigations were the public statements made recently by the Director-General of the State Cadaster Agency, Artan Lame, in regards to the loss or damage suffered by several pages of the cadaster’s registrars belonging to the areas currently in development in the capital city like Farka, Ndroqi and Shen Gjergj.
The investigation will be conducted on the basis of the following criminal acts: ‘abuse of power’ and ‘theft or eradication of official documents’.
