Analyst Andi Bushati said during his appearance on tonight’s Shock that PM Edi Rama’s choice to stand alongside Vucic when it comes to Brussels needs to be clarified.

The fact that Rama said yesterday that he would consult Vucic about whether he would say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to Brussels is completely unacceptable, according to the analyst.

“Is Open Balkan an integration antipode? This is a question that needs to be clarified, for anyone that doesn’t find it at all normal, that Albania should consult Belgrade – and get its confirmation – about its own relations with Europe. Rama said that he would personally ask Vucic in order to figure out whether he needs to tell Brussels ‘yes’ or ‘no’,” – said Bushati.

According to him, Rama has all the right to be radical towards Brussels and shut the door to their face, however, he can’t do this by asking permission from Vucic.
