The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, considered the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama that they will not affect the price of cars for families and small businesses.

In a statement for the press, Meta states that Albanian consumers are being overcharged.

“We have just heard the lies that family consumers are not affected by the latest ERE price increases, which are dictated at the end. Complaints have started, as if it wasn’t enough that they are being overbilled, or that the energy was billed because even though they were not at home during the last couple of months.

We had warned that they should be very vigilant to avoid being robbed and overcharged by irresponsible OSHEE employees.

“This unjustified situation has the first consequences for the current prime minister, who after 10 years is trying to escape, the crisis of his governance at the expense of vulnerable citizens,” Meta emphasized.
