2 people have been arrested by the police in Shkodër and three others have been prosecuted, as they are accused of deceiving foreign citizens to invest in fictitious stock markets.

Those arrested are the Call Center administrator J. P., 28 years old, and the manager of the subject the Romanian citizen, F. P., 36 years old.

Citizens E. S., 34 years old, resident of Shkodër, D. Sh., Israeli citizen, resident of Tirana, and L. Gj., 25 years old, resident of Shkodër, with the title technology specialist at the call center in question, have been announced as wanted.

The suspects, in collaboration with the 3 wanted persons, had hired several operators, who called various citizens and deceived them into making investments in fictitious stock exchanges.

During the control in this subject, 2 mobile devices were also seized that were suspected of being used for illegal lotteries.
