The tower of “Tirana Multifunctional Center” designed by the Danish studio Cebra will be built by the Albanian company, “Nova Construction 2012”. The Danes list this company as the client who commissioned the project.

“This project promotes the identity, history and cultural heritage of Tirana and Albania. We look forward to the implementation. Client: Nova Construction 2012,” says the Danish studio.

The new tower located in the flower garden behind the Palace of Culture will be 185 meters and 47 floors, becoming the tallest building in Albania.

From the data in the National Business Center, Nova Construction was founded in December 2012 with the object of building single and multi-story buildings.

The owners of the company are Ilir and Kujtim Shtufi with 91 and 9 percent of the shares.

On the official website, this company lists a number of high-rise buildings in Tirana, including the “White Tower” in Paris Commune and the “Tirana Garden Building” on Kavaja Street, built on the site of the former Nature Museum.
