Analyst Andi Bushati says that there are many things that do not match the death of 32-year-old Laer Kurti, after being escorted to police station No. 3 in the capital.

During a live appearance on Euronews Albania’s ‘NOW’, Bushati said that it is not yet known whether we are dealing with a natural death or a police crime, which is being tried to be covered up.

“The smearing of the victims is not in function of tarnishing the image of the one who lost his life, but in function of the alibi of the police itself. These are variants that the police distributed. We still don’t know if the police are guilty or not, for murder or death. The fact that the police are sometimes forced to misinform or lie, starting from previous cases, makes us raise questions.

There are many things that do not match, and for this we must be very careful, to see if we are dealing with a natural death or a police crime, which is being tried to be covered up”, said Bushati.
