The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today received in his office a delegation from Albania, consisting of two MPs of the Albanian Parliament, Pandeli Majko and Gerta Duraku, the prefect of Kukes, Ali Hallaci and the mayor of the Municipality of Kukes, Safet Gjici.
The meeting discussed the ways and possibilities of increasing mutual cooperation at the central level and joint projects at the local level.
The district of Kukes has a special value for the relations between Kosovo and Albania, it was said at the meeting. On this occasion, Prime Minister Kurti was invited to visit Kukes.
He added that we want to walk the path of cooperation between our two countries, with an emphasis on facilitating the movement of residents of the border zone, it is said in a press release issued by the Government of Kosovo.
