The Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu, after the meeting of the Council of Ministers, announced that the government has approved the budget for 2023.

According to her, this budget will support unemployed mothers with three or more children with a monthly family income of up to 100,000 ALL.

According to VKM, unemployed mothers who have a family income of less than 100 thousand ALL and are raising more than 3 children up to 5 years old, these years will be recognized as working years.

“The purpose of the acts coming for change is to support women who have more than three children, who are unemployed, the economic situation is such that they need state support. We have decided to support this category of mothers with the 2023 budget. We will have a categorization, all women who have three or more children. Which one of the children is up to the age of 5 and the monthly family income does not exceed ALL 100 thousand. This is a social policy for mothers, which aims to recognize as working years the period of child care in the first 5 years”, said the minister.
