SPAK has completed the investigations and has sent to trial the former member of the Supreme Court, Shkelzen Selimi, accused of concealing income and false declaration of assets.
Selimi, a former judge of the Supreme Court, has been dismissed from the Vetting.
“Judgment of criminal proceedings no. 137/2 of 2021, under the status of the defendant Shkelzen Selimi, a former judge in the Supreme Court, charged with the criminal offense of “Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of persons of elected and public servants or any other person who has the legal obligation to declare”, carried out in the form of a false declaration, provided by article 257/a/2 of the Criminal Code”, says the announcement of SPAK.
