Albanians still have gender differences regarding their first child.

Asked by Euronews Albania’s Barometer, 37.5% of Albanians want their first child to be a boy. Only 21% of Albanians want their first child to be a girl.

Meanwhile, for 41% of the respondents, the gender of the first child is not important.

The findings are from the Barometer in Euronews Albania, carried out during the period 9-21 September 2022, conducted by MRB and Data Centrum, at a national level with 1000 face-to-face interviews.
