Political scientist Adri Nurellari says that Albanians’ dependence on politics is related to the fact that their lives depend directly on politics.

During an interview on Euronews Albania’s Barometer, Nurellari said that this is related to the political culture of Albanian citizens compared to other countries.

“The biggest studies that are conducted every two years highlight the features of political behavior. What impressed me a few years ago, which was something that made Albania stand out, was party identity as an element of personal identity. If the second country was Bosnia with 16 %, Albania with 20 % was the first in Europe. This goes beyond being from the Balkans; it has everything to do with the fact that our lives depend directly on politics”, said Nurellari.
