The chairman of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi stated that it is not a reflection of the position, while new figures must be included in Albanian politics.

He told Euronews Albania that he never paid attention to the importance of the group of Berisha or Alibeaj.

According to Shehi, the debate within the DP has not been political but rather it has just been one big fight waiting to happen.

He suggested a 360-degree reconstruction of the political thought of the Democratic Party in order to bring the gray citizens closer.

“In order to get to where we want to get, this government which has already ‘filled the cup’, must be dissolved and the day has come, I believe, for new forces; we need new forces,” said Shehi.

Shehi also added that he wishes to find a formula for a different candidate so that the scenario of March 6 is not repeated.
