Some of the bakeries in North Macedonia announced that from tomorrow, December 1, citizens will be able to buy bread for 32 denars.

In the following period, there will be a price correction of other bread products, probably around 10 percent.

Reductions of over 10 percent are also possible for meat products if the Government makes a decision that will remove tariffs for imported raw materials, as requested by companies in this sector.

These are the attitudes of the food industry, which from tomorrow, through EMV, must receive subsidized electricity, at a price of 80 euros per megawatt per hour, writes AlsatM.

Companies hail the move as a start to fully address the problem in their industry. They also believe that the regulated electricity price, combined with the measure for retail margins, will have an effect.
