Journalist Milaim Zeka said in an interview for Euronews Albania that the perimeter defined by the police on December 6 should not be violated.

According to him, the protest announced by the opposition should not take place at all because it sends a negative message to the international community, but even if it is carried out, it should respect the instructions of the police, just as a democratic nation would do.

Zeka added that the Rama government cannot be overthrown with protests.

He said that the only way is through a free vote and the conviction of the citizens and that the opposition can offer a better alternative.

“With protests, let them protest for 24 hours. Edi Rama never, never, never will come down from power,” said the journalist.

He suggested that talking to citizens will be more functional than protesting.
