Former MP Hali Valteri has stated that there is a group of MPs in the Socialist Party who are unhappy with Edi Rama.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, he emphasized that the government is facing a divided opposition while underlining that the December 6 protest is a shame for Albanians.

“There are rumors that a group of MPs are slightly against the current in the SP. It is said that they are a group of deputies who express dissatisfaction with the government. This group is like the work of those who until yesterday stayed with their father and now they have gone home on their own and are never satisfied with each other. The government does not have an opposition in front of it, there is a divided opposition that has lost its mind by making a protest on December 6. This is a shame for Albanians,” he said.
