A visit of the Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, to Dervican, Dropulli earlier today, was received with great interest by the residents of the area.

One of them told Euronews Albania that he is part of the Greek minority and that they greatly appreciate the Greek prime minister’s visit.

He said that even Prime Minister Edi Rama often comes to the area and underlined that their rights have been respected so far.

“We definitely appreciate that we are a minority. Along with the Greek Prime Minister, we also appreciate the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama. Edi Rama always comes to Dervican, always comes to visit the minority,” he said.
