Until the month of November, 12 million people have come to our country.

The figure shows that every month, on average, more than 1 million Albanian and foreign citizens entered Albania.

In November, 809,000 people from abroad came to Albania.

This flow of visitors is significantly greater than the flow of last November, when 549,000 visitors entered the country.

Even for the 11-month period, it appears that the year 2022 has significantly exceeded the previous year. The figures show that by the end of November the increase is 35%, with 12 million visitors.

In the document of the Institute of Statistics, it appears that the flow of passengers by air has increased by 75%, while by sea and border points the increase is 45 and 25%.

Citizens of neighboring countries such as Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia make up the majority of visitors, while this year there has been an increasing trend of traffic up to 4 times more than last year from Spain and England.

The beaches, low prices, and the complete exit from the pandemic have been strong reasons that have encouraged Albanian immigrants and foreigners to come to our country on vacation this year.
