Sali Berisha claims that his non-grata designation by the US and Great Britain was lobbied by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The head of the Democratic Party also said that he possesses evidence that allegedly implicates Ambassador King-Smith in his ‘non-grata’ declaration by the UK.

“The most flagrant evidence of the cooperation of Albanian and international corruption. This is the most blatant proof of how a corrupt government in every cell corrupts an ambassador. I will prove what I am telling you here and now, I have the file that shows how a government corrupts an ambassador of a wonderful country”, claimed Berisha.

During a meeting with the members of the Brain Gain & Excellence Department, Berisha said that only lies were written in the file prepared against him, with the sole purpose of destroying the opposition.

“With lies on every single page. The same as how the corruption of this government along with the corruption of Soros, were able to corrupt an ambassador and not only him, to make a decision without basic proof or facts, in order to harm the opposition and help the most corrupt government further its corrupt ways. This goes to show exactly how aggressive this government is and how corrupt this government is. It manages to create an umbrella with international corruption for its protection by fighting anti-corruption”, added the chief democrat.

After being declared “non grata” by the United States, Berisha was also declared “non grata” by Great Britain, news that he himself made public through a statement to the press.

With respect to his non-grata designation by the United States, Berisha filed a lawsuit in the Correctional Court of Paris, but so far, this Court has yet to come out with a decision or a statement regarding this matter.
