Enkelejd Alibeaj has expelled 4 MPs from the DP parliamentary group.

In the announcement of Enkelejd Alibeaj’s group, it is stated that MPs Oerd Bylykbashi; Belind Kellici and Agron Shehaj did not distance themselves from the acts of violence against the Democratic Party on January 8, 2021.

“In the absence of a distancing act, according to decisions no. 1 and no. 1/1, dated 10.01.2022 of the Party Leadership and the confirmation of the National Council and the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party in the meeting of 15.01.2022, the measure of their official removal from the Parliamentary Group comes into force today. For this purpose, the Parliament of Albania has been officially notified that MPs Tritan Shehu; Oerd Bylykbashi; Belind Kellici and Agron Shehaj are no longer part of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, starting from 11.01.2023”, says the announcement of Alibeaj’s group.
