The secretary general of the Ministry of Finance, Arlind Gjokutaj, along with the director of legal affairs in this department, Fatmir Hoxha, and private bailiff Alban Ruli were introduced today with their security measure.
Gjokutaj was absent due to health problems. He has been hospitalized for 2 days, while the other two officials were present in the hall.
Gjokutaj, Hoxha and Ruli were arrested on Wednesday on charges of abuse of office.
