Democratic MP Ina Zhupa stated that MP Ervin Salianji, through his initiative to take the leadership of DP’s parliamentary group, is working for the unification of this group.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, she ironically told Enkelejd Alibeaj that Salianji is not trying to exclude anyone from the parliamentary group.

“Ervin Salianji is working for the parliamentary unification of the DP, he is not working for the exclusion or expulsion of anyone, he is not working to divide the parliamentary group, nor to make personal decisions. He is the deputy chairman of the parliamentary group without a position. His effort, which I have joined, is an effort to unite the DP parliamentary group in order to be unified as a group in front of Edi Rama in Parliament, so that embarrassing and illogical scenes do not happen, where Edi Rama speaks for 45 minutes in Parliament with a tired argument, while DP is given only 3 minutes of their time” – she said.
