The director of emergency preparedness, Robert Hysenllari, said in an interview for Euronews Albania that heavy and intense rain is expected in our country tomorrow.

He also said that the heaviest rainfall will be in the region of Shkodra and Kukes. Next, in terms of intensity are Dibra and Lezha.

According to Hysenllari, there will be an increase in flows in large and medium rivers, specifically in Drin, Buna, Mat and Vjosa.

“It is predicted that flooding may be caused by the Drin and Buna rivers,” Hysenllari said.
