The Minister of State for Standards and Services, Milva Ekonomi in a statement to the press said that in 2023 they will focus on improving online services.

She also emphasized that the performance of civil servants and INSTAT publications will be followed with priority.

“The year 2023 will put us to work to improve the quality of online services. The government’s initiative is not only for central but also for local services. It is important that we draw up a unified list of service standards. As for the Open Government Partnership, it is important to invite the opinions of civil society in the drafting of this plan. The other important thing is to have good institutions and professionals to actually do the work.

Establishing operational practices is very important because it is a big challenge as it improves the internal life of every administration, so we are cooperating with UNDP. The performance of civil servants is another task of 2023. The performance of the individual is not related to that of the institution. The follow-up of INSTAT publications will continue as well as the certification of the main service provider agencies with ISO 9001″, said Ekonomi.
