4 local cheese and honey products have been certified with the “Made in Albania” logo.

Mishavina cheese from Bjeshke i Kelmendi, Honey from Bedunica, Cheese from Velecik and Goat cheese from Bjeshke e Rrunje are from today protected and certified, with the road open to foreign markets.

For the German Ambassador, Peter Zingraf, these products and others that will be certified in the future will increase the value of producers and rural areas.

The cheese and honey presented at the Ministry of Agriculture come from a production tradition passed down through the generations, where the essential feature remains the processing and preservation of the taste the same as 80 or 100 years ago.
