The plenary session this Thursday started with a clash between the opposition and the Socialist majority, where the MPs supporting Sali Berisha blocked the floor of the Parliament and did not allow the work to proceed.

The chairman of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, said that the chaos in the Parliament is caused by issues in SPAK that are for the Berisha family.

He added that only today the families of the victims of January 21 filed a new complaint against the former Prime Minister Berisha, Lulzim Basha and the guards’ employees at SPAK.

“This is happening every session. While today the family members of the martyrs killed on January 21 are in SPAK to file a new lawsuit against Sali Berisha and the entire chain involved in the murder, as long as there is a delay for January 21 we will be in this situation in Parliament. The family members are in SPAK where they accuse Sali Berisha of complicit murder, this situation will continue to happen here. As long as there is a case in SPAK for Gerdec and Shkelzen Berisha, this situation will continue”, said Balla.
