The February protests and the preparations for the March 3 rally, for Sali Berisha, are the auspicious beginning of the revolution to remove Prime Minister Rama from power.

In the meeting with the DP political leaders in the districts, Berisha spoke about a peaceful revolution, but which should start to apply more civil disobedience.

“But the peaceful revolution is not only a revolution of peaceful protests. It is a civil disobedience revolution first and foremost. We must prepare. Civil disobedience is an essential element of a peaceful revolution. Mahatma Gandhi said it: It is sacred!”, emphasized the chief democrat.

Berisha also asked for mobilization for the opposition action, but warned that a revolution is the only way to remove Rama, since by simply voting, such a thing is no longer possible.

“We can save it only by uniting. This regime does not go away otherwise. If anyone thinks that he will go away by voting, I personally don’t believe that it will be the case. Every day that goes by, simply shows that this mafia state is turning more and more into a mafia electoral machine,” said Berisha.
