The Constitutional Court has overturned the Transparency Board for food prices.

The decision of the Constitutional Court comes after considering the request of several deputies of the Democratic Party.

In the justification of the Constitution, it is stated that the decision of the Council of Ministers, “On transparency and price monitoring for some basic food products and other related products as a result of the special situation created in the market”, is incompatible with the Constitution.
