The police inform citizens and drivers who have planned to travel to Greece or vice versa, that from 09:00 to 18:00 the next day at the border crossing points on the Greek side, because they will carry out works in data processing system, in order to install the new SIS system, there will be delays and occasional work interruptions.

It was learned that only Greek citizens and citizens who have a residence permit in Greece will have no obstacles to cross.

“In order not to create queues, long waits and confusion at the border crossing points, we ask for the understanding of citizens and vehicle drivers to avoid moving towards the border crossing points with Greece, in the time frame 09:00 – 18:00, dated 07.03.2023,” the police announced.
