The women and girls of Durres seem not to consider March 8 a day to protest.

Durrës continues to remain one of the cities with the highest figures of domestic violence. In the police station of the coastal city last year, 882 reported cases of domestic violence were registered, while only in the first 2 months of this year, 125 cases were registered.
