In an interview for Euronews Albania, Shala emphasized that there is a cooling of relations in Serbian politics, while adding that there are hints that Aleksandar Vulin will create a new party.

“The fear is that Aleksandar Vulin is connected to a mafia clan that if Aleksandar Vucic will take any steps towards the recognition of Kosovo, Vulin will try to find a possible escape through this campaign in case the international community will put continuous pressure on them regarding the recognition of Kosovo. He will then pretend to go out and ask for a referendum regarding the recognition or not of Kosovo. An opinion has been circulating that Vulin will create a political party in Serbia. He wants to be kept in politics at all costs,” he said.
