Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has complained to the Electoral College about the decision of KAS to exclude the primary candidates from the May 14 local elections.

In the document provided by Euronews Albania, the former prime minister requests the de-registration from the local elections of the Democratic Party with commanding chairman Enkelejd Alibeaj.

The document requires registration in the May 14 race of the Democratic Party with President Sali Berisha. It is also required that the DP be part of the opposition coalition “Together, we win”.
