The Democratic Party will not have a candidate for the Municipality of Vora in the local elections on May 14.

“The leadership of the Democratic Party of Albania has decided not to have a candidate for the Vorë Municipality. The presidency appreciated the willingness and figure of Dr. Ibrahim Bruka to take over the responsibility of running”, says the announcement of the DP.

Until now, for the municipalities of Vore, Kurbin and Korçë, there have been withdrawals or non-approvals from the Presidency of the DP. Sources indicate that also in some other municipalities, it is expected that there will be withdrawal of candidates.
