Five of the wounded persons in the armed attack in a school in Belgrade are stable, meanwhile two of them are in critical condition.

The director of the University Clinical Center of Serbia assured that two of the pupils and a teacher are in really good condition. The fourth patient was brought in the hospital with chest, neck and spine wounds.

“The patient spent the entire day in the operating room. The patient is in better conditions and awake, but we must be very careful and consider the situation to be critical,” the director said.

Meanwhile the director of the University Clinic of Children in Tiršova, said that out of three patients who are getting treatment there, two are in stable condition and can return home in a few days.

“The girl who underwent an urgent operation on Wednesday because of wounds in her head is in critical condition. Doctors are doing everything to keep her alive, but her general state is grave,” the director said while clarifying that there is no other planned operation for the girl, so far.

8 pupils and the school guard were killed Wednesday morning, in an armed attach by a 14-year-old student of the “Vladislav Ribnikar” school in central Belgrade.

The aggressor and his parents have been arrested. The teenager confessed to the police that he had planned the attack and had a list with the names of the friends he had planned to kill. The youngster used his father’s gun to carry the massacre.
