Children in Albania show problems with their behavior which is due to the emigration of their parents.
A recent World Bank report shows that over 184 million people, or 2.3% of the world’s population, today live in another country.
Albanian immigrants have sent to Albania 834 million euros last year, the highest level since 2008. They are the only financial source for almost 26% of Albanian families.
In Albania, the emigration of parents affects the children.
Many of them do not go to school regularly and are weaker financially than some of their peers.
But the same thing happens to other families that continue to stay in Albania, also for them the quality of their lifestyle is not at the good levels where it should be, depending on many things.
