The court of Vlora has decided the security measure “prison arrest” for Fredi Beleri.

The candidate of “Bashke Fitojme” for the municipality of Himare was arrested for corruption in elections done in collaboration with others.

His lawyer, Romarjo Meminaj, stated a day before the security measure was given that the police are not correct when they say “arrest in flagrante delicto” since the officers caught him in a bar where he was having dinner with his friends and he went out to talk with them, which according to him is normal during the campaign.
