The US Ambassador to Albania, Yuri Kim has closely followed the voting process in a voting station in Vlora.

In her capacity as an election observer, the ambassador chose to give a few messages regarding the election day.

In a short declaration to the media, Kim emphasized that no one should be involved in vote buying or selling.

“There should not be any pressure to any voters. It’s important for every voter to exercise their right, it’s their fundamental right. Nobody should be selling votes, nobody should be buying votes. It’s is the responsibility of the authorities to apply the laws fairly and evenly, in all situations,” said the ambassador.
