“Situation in the north is dramatic”, said the Minister of Defense of Serbia, Miloš Vučević, as he confirmed that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has given the “order” for high military readiness and departure of forces towards the border with Kosovo.

“A few minutes ago, President Aleksandër Vucic issued the order to raise the military readiness to the highest level. The army has started its activities, while what Kurti is doing is taking us to our red lines, this is no longer just a game, this threatens the safety of all the people living in those areas”, said the Serbian minister.

“We will follow the order of the Supreme Commander and do what is expected of the Serbian army. I tell the Serbs to be calm, not to fall prey to provocations, in any scenario that could portray them as criminals. There is constant terror against the Serbian community. It is important to be calm, and to protect our rights and freedoms”, he said.
