Kosovo’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti is in Bratislava, Slovakia, where a security forum is taking place.
His images were published by the Slovakian Institute GLOBSEC, in charge of organizing this forum, where Kurti will also hold a speech in the chat entitled “In the Spotlight: Future of Kosovo”.
Sources from the European Union had mentioned Bratislava as a possible meeting point for Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and said they are working for such a meeting to take place.
Both leaders were invited to this forum, with the Government of Kosovo initially saying that the Prime Minister had postponed his participation, due to the latest developments in the north of the country.
On the other hand, Vučić said he would not be going to Bratislava, as “it is more important to stand by my people”, according to him.
There is still no information if an “ad hoc” meeting between Kurti and Vučić will still be possible.
