Prime Minister Rama was present this Wednesday at the farewell ceremony of former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. He stood in the second row, after Prime Minister Georgia Meloni.

Through a Facebook status, Rama wrote that Berlusconi was a figure who lived life with all its degrees of darkness and light, a man who loved life and lived it with all its exaggerations.

“Today in the farewell of a character who lived his life as a complete rotation of the earth around the sun, with all the degrees of light and darkness, touching the peaks in the world of business, the spectacle of sports and turning politics into a spectacle self-centered.

A man who loved life nonetheless, lived it with all possible exaggerations, embodied it with all the dimensions of his multiple being, life culminating of the expression, “Even the angel and the devil live together with the living”, – writes Rama.
